These terms apply to orders placed with Calaris Archive at this website. Calaris Archive is an online retailer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Calaris Archive does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

Calaris Archive does not provide an additional warranty through this store. Where a warranty is stated on a product page, that warranty applies according to its own terms.

Placing an order

Adding items to the cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. If an item proves to be unavailable after that, we write to you and refund in full – see the Cancellation policy.

Product information

Each listing is written from what we can actually confirm about that item. If a measurement or material is missing from a product page, that is deliberate – an unconfirmed spec is left out rather than guessed at. Photographs are representative, and colour renders differently screen to screen. Unsure whether something fits your use? Pricing

Rupee prices, and they can move. Whatever was displayed at the moment your order was confirmed is the price that binds. An obvious pricing mistake on a listing is raised with you before dispatch instead of being pushed through.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

On tax

A note on tax, because it comes up. Calaris Archive is not registered for GST – turnover sits below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply. In practice that means GST is not charged separately, and no GST tax invoice with a GSTIN can be issued. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods; delivery charges, where they apply, appear before checkout is completed.

Colour and print

Printed paper and sticker colour varies between production runs and renders differently on screen. We photograph stock as supplied and do not guarantee an exact match.

Use of this website

The words, images and layout here are ours or licensed to us; please do not reuse them commercially. And please do not attempt to disrupt the site or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

These terms do not – and cannot – remove consumer rights that Indian law does not allow to be excluded. Subject to that, and where the law permits it, liability on a product-related claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

Indian law governs, and the statutes most relevant here are the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

The email address on your order is the address we use for confirmations, tracking and anything that needs an answer. Keep it accurate, and check the spam folder if a confirmation does not arrive.
