Payment policy

Calaris Archive accepts UPI and Cash on Delivery. Those are the two payment methods, and there are no others.

Currency and pricing

Everything is priced in Indian Rupees. What you see on a product page is the cost of the goods themselves; delivery is added separately and shown before checkout completes – ₹49 under ₹999, free at ₹999 and above.

UPI

Pay from your bank account using any UPI application at checkout. The payment goes directly from your bank to ours. Calaris Archive never sees or stores your UPI PIN.

Cash on Delivery

COD carries no additional fee and is offered on eligible orders and PIN codes. The agent collects payment at the door. Where a PIN code falls outside the network, the option is not shown.

Cards

Cards are not offered here. We do not accept cards – credit, debit or saved – so there are no card details collected or stored here at all. Anything claiming to be Calaris Archive and asking for a card number is not us.

GST

On tax: the business is not registered for GST, because turnover remains below the applicable GST registration threshold. Two practical consequences. First, GST is not charged separately on anything you order. Second, we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. The figure on the product page is the price of the goods; any delivery charge appears before you complete checkout.

Every parcel contains an order invoice. That document is not a GST tax invoice and does not carry a GSTIN.

Paper orders

Paper and sticker orders are light, so most reach the free delivery threshold on value rather than weight. The applicable charge appears before checkout completes.

Failed or duplicate payments

Occasionally a UPI debit succeeds while the order does not register. Email [email protected] with the UPI reference and the time and we will reconcile it. Duplicate payments are returned within 5 business days of confirmation.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order the refund is sent to bank or UPI details you provide. Timelines are in the Return and refund policy and the Cancellation policy.

Price changes after ordering

Once your order is confirmed, the price on the confirmation is the price. A later change to a product page does not affect an order already placed, in either direction.

Receipts

Your order confirmation email is the record of what you paid. An order invoice is also included in the parcel. Neither is a GST tax invoice.
