Can I return a sticker book I have opened?
No. Opened sticker sheets and broken paper packs cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns apply only to unopened items. Faults and shortages are always covered.
Will the paper colours match the photographs exactly?
Not exactly. Paper takes ink differently from a screen, and monitors vary. We photograph stock as it is supplied but cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
How long do I have to return something?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery. The item does not have to be back with us inside that window – what matters is telling us in time.
Do you do exchanges?
No – we do not offer a direct exchange. Return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want, so the new order is not held up waiting for the return.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended. Where the fault is confirmed as ours we cover the return delivery cost and arrange a replacement or refund.
When do I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of a returned item reaching us and passing the condition check. A cancelled order paid in advance is refunded within 5-7 business days. No restocking fee.
Can I visit a shop?
No. Calaris Archive is an online-only retailer with no customer-facing showroom. The address shown is the business and order fulfilment address.
What do you actually sell?
Journaling and Scrapbooking, Car and Vehicle Decals, Letter Paper and Envelopes, Desk and Office Supplies, Writing Paper Sets, Vinyl Stickers and Decal Packs. The catalogue on this site is what is available – if it is not listed, we do not currently stock it.

Where does Calaris Archive ship from, and where does it deliver?
Orders are packed and dispatched from Indore and delivered within India only. There is no international delivery.
How long will my order take?
Handling is 1-2 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit to metro cities or 6-9 to the rest of India – 4-7 business days in total to metro cities, 7-11 elsewhere. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹999 and above; ₹49 flat below that. The charge for your order appears before checkout is completed.
How can I pay?
UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, and no card details are collected or stored at any point.
Is there a COD fee?
No. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes with no additional fee. You pay the delivery agent when the parcel arrives.
Can you give me a GST tax invoice?
No. Calaris Archive is not registered for GST; turnover is below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. An order invoice is included with the parcel, but it is not a GST tax invoice.
